3 days into SIP..

Was nervous at first but was surprised by how relaxed my colleagues are. All aunties and uncles but theres a ngee ann poly girl with me and a senior who's leaving tmr.

Basically,it's alot of hard labour work like delivering plants, packing and loading soil, carrying ceramic tiles and smashing them into pieces,fixing hydroponics systems in schools etc etc.

This is just the starting though so i dont know what will come next.

Anyway, i toured a group for the first time today. As usual i managed to hide my nervousness and i really tried hard despite being damn tired. I still have a lot to learn , didnt explain enough points i guess. I like talking to the students though, a lot of mei meis to see also..that sorta gives me some drive i guess.. The nicest feeling was when the teacher thanked me with a "thanks shane". Even though i didnt do really well, i felt appreciated.
